Mentor tip on how to be happier — from the book, “The Happiness Equation” by Neil Pasricha.
I read that there are two types of people when it comes to stressors or obstacles in life:  One sees the obstacle as a failure or great disaster and think of it as the end of the world. They think, "Why me?" or they feel like they are a victim.

The second kind of person sees these obstacles as challenges. They figure out how to overcome the obstacle and have a vision of the big picture goal. They see obstacles as learning opportunities and contribute towards something greater and bigger in life.
It shows that the second kind of person experiences much more happiness in life.  Imagine how your life would be if you looked like this.  If your health challenges were like that.  

What if every problem, instead of seeing it as an obstacle, you see it as a puzzle piece and figure out how to make everything work together.
